Bryant & Stratton College has been serving students in Onondaga and Oswego counties for almost 23 years. In a move to make the campus more accessible for all students, Casilio Real Estate and Development’s President and NYS Licensed Broker Mary Powell spearheaded the search and selection of a more central location on Oswego Road in Clay, New York. Casilio management consultant, P.A.T. Construction Management Corp., developed and managed the renovations of a former CVS Pharmacy to a state-of-the art college campus. With major exterior and interior renovations the scope of work also included adding a 3,000 square foot second floor to the existing 12,608- square foot building. The new location is equipped with modern classroom technology, desktop labs, nesting tables, and a student lounge with an IT help desk. With a modern infrastructure and space to add new health care programs, the College expects exponential growth in enrollment. |
