About Me
Mary Powell is the president of the Casilio group, overseeing the corporation’s local and national real estate and construction activities with over 30 years of experience in real estate, land development and construction. She is the founder and president of Construction Services Group of Upstate NY, Inc. (a Women Business Enterprise) and is lead project executive with P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. She is also a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker with the Casilio Real Estate & Development Corporation.
Mary has been heavily involved in community outreach groups, professional institutions and advisory boards traversing New York State. Currently Mary is a Board Director for the Erie and Niagara Insurance Association and is a leader within the Advisory Board for the University at Buffalo Master of Science in Real Estate Development Program.
