Patrick Casilio is an executive partner with Casilio, P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. and Construction Services Group of Upstate New York, Inc. with over 40 years of experience in real estate, land development and construction. Patrick’s projects have included commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. He has played a vital role in the construction management of some of the company’s most significant projects, including Baker Victory Services Residential Treatment Facility, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the Erie County Medical Center.
Patrick was elected Supervisor to the Town of Clarence in 2016, underscoring a long-standing commitment to his community. He also serves as the liaison to eight local committees, including: engineering, security, traffic safety and capital projects.
