Mary Powell is company President and oversees the Williamsville, New York-based company’s regional and national activities which encompasses commercial and industrial real estate development, property acquisition, sales, leasing, real estate brokerage, design/build and general construction, and construction management. She oversees project management, pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities. Ms. Powell joined the company in 1987 after a marketing career in New York City, and a subsequent Director of Marketing position at Artpark in Lewiston, New York. Since 1987, Ms. Powell worked as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker with Casilio Real Estate & Development Corp. In 1994, Ms. Powell founded Construction Services Group of Upstate New York Inc., a W.B.E, specializing in general construction, site development and trucking. By 1999, Powell was named president of Casilio. Powell is a graduate of both Daemen College and New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Music. Powell serves on the Advisory Board of the University at Buffalo Masters in Real Estate Development Program which will be the first such graduate specialization in the Northeast taught at an architecture and planning school within a public university. Powell continues to hold multiple positions on community boards, and has served as the Director of the Clarence Industrial Development Agency as well as the Erie and Niagara Insurance Association.
Patrick Casilio is an Executive Project Manager for P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. and consultant to Construction Services Group of Upstate New York Inc., a W.B.E. Patrick has over four decades of experience in real estate, land development and construction. His project scope has included commercial, industrial, institutional, civil and mechanical construction. A lifelong Clarence resident, his passion and active dedication to the town he grew up in has created a legacy to be commemorated. Patrick is Supervisor for the Town of Clarence and the liaison to eight Town of Clarence committees, including engineering, security, traffic safety and capital projects. Pat has been presented with numerous awards for his service to the community, having received Fireman of the Year from the Clarence Fire Company and a Public Service Medal from the New York State Bar Association. He was named Citizen of the Year by the Clarence Chamber of Commerce, and was also honored by the Chamber with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Additionally, Pat has been a member of the Clarence Rotary Club for over 25 years, where he has served as President. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors for the Clarence Rotary Foundation. Casilio attributes his success to his upbringing in the construction industry, and degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology (“RIT”) in Construction Technology and Civil Engineering.
Peter Casilio is President of P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. , where he specializes in institutional, commercial and industrial construction. Additionally, he serves as Secretary of Construction Services Group of Upstate New York, a W.B.E. As an Executive Project Manager, Casilio’s expertise throughout the past four decades has been in construction estimating, design/engineering, real estate development and construction management. Casilio is an active New York State Licensed Real Estate Agent, and as such is also a real estate consultant to Casilio Real Estate & Development Corp. Peter is a graduate of Canisius College, the University of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Program and Armco/Steelox School for Design and Estimating (Cincinnati, Ohio); he is also certified by OSHA. Casilio serves as a lieutenant in the Erie County Sheriff’s Scientific Staff Reserves, is a certified Law Enforcement firearms instructor with the New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services, and a board member of the Erie County Law Enforcement Foundation. Peter’s community efforts are as extensive as his construction scope: he is a Rotarian with the Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Club, a former board member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and a board member of New Directions Youth and Family Services, where he oversees a 30 million dollar annual budget caring for at risk children and families in seven Western New York counties.
Philip Casilio is an estimator for P.A.T. Construction Management and consultant to Construction Services Group of Upstate New York Inc., a W.B.E. He is also a New York State Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with Casilio Real Estate & Development Corp. Phil Casilio began his career in 1977, and has accrued numerous accomplishments and accolades in real estate, land development and construction since then. His scope of work includes commercial, industrial and institutional estimating. His annual estimating budget averages 150 million dollars. Casilio is also an architecture and design consultant with recognition from the Western New York Design Awards. Phil serves as an Adjunct Professor in Engineering and Construction Management at Erie Community College. Casilio himself is a graduate of Canisius College, University at Buffalo (Advertising/Public Relations) and an estimating program in Pre-engineered Building Systems . Phil is an active rotarian and currently serves with the Clarence and East Amherst Rotary Associations. Casilio is also an avid philanthropist and has volunteered for the Boy Scouts of America, St. Pius Church, St. Leo’s Church, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Western New York Artist Group, Gliding Stars, and the Home Space Corporation. Casilio currently resides in East Amherst, and spends free time developing his portfolio as an exhibiting impressionist and surrealist artist.
Paul J. Casilio, Esq.
Paul J. Casilio, Esq. is the primary in-house legal counsel for Casilio, which affords the company the opportunity to expedite contract review. He is also treasurer of Construction Services Group of Upstate New York Inc., a W.B.E. Mr. Casilio has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in finance from Canisius College and a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Akron School Of Law. Since 1997, Paul has overseen all legal matters, writings and negotiations. Prior to 1997, Paul worked as an Assistant Estimator and Tenant/Lease manager at P.A.T. Construction Management and Casilio Real Estate and Development Corp., respectively. Paul is the Sole Practitioner of contract, partnership, real estate and corporate finance. He is an active member of Saint Gregory the Great Parish, and serves as a Eucharistic Minister. Paul currently resides in Clarence, New York with his wife, Mary Jo and daughter, Gracianna Rose.
