Mary Powell

Mary Powell is president of the Casilio group, with over 35 years of experience overseeing the companies local and national projects. She is the founder and president of  Construction Services Group of Upstate NY, Inc. – a Women Business Enterprise in general construction.  She is also lead project executive with P.A.T. Construction Management Corporation. Additionally, she maintains a real estate agent and broker’s license with Casilio Real Estate & Development. Mary has been heavily involved in community outreach groups, professional institutions and advisory boards traversing New York State. Currently she is a Board Director for the Erie and Niagara Insurance Association and the Advisory Board of the University at Buffalo Masters in Real Estate Development Program, which will be the first such graduate specialization in the Northeast taught at an architecture and planning school within a public university.

Patrick Casilio

Patrick Casilio is an executive partner with Casilio, P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. and Construction Services Group of Upstate New York, Inc. with over 40 years of experience in real estate, land development and construction. Patrick’s projects have included commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. He has played a vital role in the construction management of some of the company’s most significant projects, including Baker Victory Services Residential Treatment Facility, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the Erie County Medical Center. A lifelong Clarence resident, his passion and active dedication to the town he grew up in has created a legacy to be commemorated. Patrick was elected Supervisor to the Town of Clarence in 2016, underscoring his long-standing commitment to community. He is also the liaison to eight committees, including: engineering, security, traffic safety and capital projects.

Peter Casilio

Peter Casilio is an executive partner with the Casilio group with over 30 years of experience in construction estimating, design, engineering and management. He is the president of P.A.T. Construction Management Corporation and Secretary of Construction Services Group of Upstate New York, Inc. (A Women Business Enterprise).  He also has experience in real estate as a licensed agent with Casilio Real Estate & Development. Peter’s career focus has been in institutional, commercial and industrial construction projects. Under P.A.T. Construction, he has led the project teams for many of the corporation’s seminal projects, including the United States Postal Distribution Office, M&T Bank’s Cyber Security Center, and Pepsi Cola Buffalo Bottling. P.A.T. Construction has also managed the development of every Bryant & Stratton College campus traversing the nation. Civically, Peter is a dedicated board member of New Directions Youth and Family Services, overseeing a 30 million dollar annual budget caring for at risk children and families in seven Western New York counties.

Philip Casilio

Philip Casilio is an executive partner with the Casilio group, backed by 40 years of experience in real estate, land development and construction. Philip serves as the company’s chief estimator and procurement adviser. He is also a design consultant to Construction Services Group of Upstate N.Y. Inc. (a Women-Business Enterprise). His expertise is in commercial construction estimating with an annual estimating average of $150 million. Philip is licensed through Casilio Real Estate & Development as a Associate Broker and Real Estate Agent.  During his down time, Phil is an Adjunct Professor in engineering and construction management. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Castellani Art Museum, and is an exhibiting artist at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. He is heavily involved in fundraising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Boy Scouts of America.

Paul J. Casilio, Esq.

As sole practitioner of the Casilio group, Paul is responsible for lease writing and negotiations, contract work in real estate and construction, corporate financing and refinancing of Casilio-held properties. Before completing his bachelor’s in finance and accounting from Canisius College, Paul worked as a project manager in construction where he gained experience in the financial and planning side of construction management. Paul earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron, School of Law, where he also worked as a research assistant specializing in Civil Procedure.
