About Me
With over 30 years of experience in commercial, industrial and institutional construction and supervision – Carmen Spataro is a Project Superintendent at P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. and Construction Services Group of Upstate New York. In this capacity, he acts as Supervisor at Baker Victory Services, Residential Treatment Facility and attends to other construction and construction management projects as needed.
He has extensive supervisory experience with respect to sub and prime contractor administration and dealing with public health, safety issues and coordination. Carmen also has a background in finish carpentry.
Throughout his career with the Casilio Group of Companies, Carmen has worked on countless renovations and construction projects such as : Community Health Center of Buffalo, WNY Immediate Care (Urgent Care Center), Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Bryant & Stratton College.
